Participation in Puppy Yoga Lounge activities involves inherent and reasonably foreseeable risks associated with yoga, physical activity, interaction with live animals, and participation in a group environment.
By purchasing a ticket, booking a private event, entering the premises, participating in a session, or allowing a minor to participate, you acknowledge that you understand and voluntarily accept the risks associated with the Services.
These risks may include, without limitation:
No environment involving live animals can be guaranteed to be completely free from these risks.
Puppies are living animals and their behavior cannot be completely predicted or controlled.
Puppies may jump, run, bark, scratch, nip, bite, chew, lick, climb, become startled, become overstimulated, or otherwise behave unexpectedly.
Puppy Yoga Lounge does not guarantee that a puppy will behave in any particular manner or that a participant will not experience an unwanted interaction with a puppy.
Participants must immediately follow all instructions given by Puppy Yoga Lounge staff regarding puppy handling, interaction, positioning, or safety.
You are solely responsible for determining whether participation in the Services is appropriate for you.
You should consider your own physical condition, injuries, allergies, medical conditions, pregnancy, physical limitations, and other circumstances that may affect your ability to participate safely.
Puppy Yoga Lounge does not provide medical advice and does not determine whether an individual is medically fit to participate.
If you are uncertain whether participation is appropriate for you, you should seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before participating.
Participation in Puppy Yoga Lounge Services is voluntary.
You may stop participating at any time if you feel uncomfortable, unwell, unsafe, or unable to continue.
Puppy Yoga Lounge staff may also require a participant to stop participating or leave an activity area where staff reasonably believe that continued participation presents a safety, animal-welfare, operational, or other legitimate concern.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you release and discharge Puppy Yoga Lounge and its owners, directors, officers, employees, instructors, puppy handlers, contractors, volunteers, representatives, affiliates, agents, participating puppy partners, landlords, and service providers from claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, costs, expenses, liabilities, or causes of action arising from or relating to your participation in the Services or presence at the premises, including claims arising from the inherent risks identified above.
This release applies to claims involving personal injury, illness, allergic reaction, animal-related injury, property damage, loss, or other harm to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or limit any liability, right, remedy, or protection that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or waived under applicable law.
A parent or legal guardian who permits a minor to participate is responsible for reviewing these Terms with the minor and ensuring that the minor understands and follows all applicable safety rules and staff instructions.
The parent or legal guardian accepts responsibility for supervising the minor where supervision is required and for ensuring that the minor complies with these Terms.
Puppy Yoga Lounge does not guarantee that any particular participant will hold, touch, interact with, or receive a specific amount of direct interaction with any puppy.
Puppy interaction may vary depending on puppy behavior, temperament, energy level, health, welfare, staff direction, participant behavior, and other circumstances.
Puppy welfare and safety take priority over individual participant expectations.
Due to limited capacity and the costs associated with staffing, scheduling, preparing the premises, and arranging puppy participation, ticket purchases are non-refundable unless expressly provided by Puppy Yoga Lounge in writing.
Purchasing a ticket creates a reservation for a specific date and time and may cause that space to become unavailable to other customers.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, cancellation you are not entitled to a refund.
Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior approval will be treated as a no-show and does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund, credit, or rescheduling.
Requests to reschedule a regular booking must be submitted to Puppy Yoga Lounge by email at least 48 hours before the scheduled class time.
Requests received less than 48 hours before the scheduled session may be denied.
If a rescheduling request is approved, the new date and time are subject to availability and may be subject to applicable booking restrictions or price differences.
A customer is not entitled to a particular replacement date or time.
Customers are responsible for arriving on time.
Late arrival may result in reduced participation time or denial of entry where allowing entry would disrupt the class, compromise safety, disturb other participants, or interfere with puppy welfare.
Late arrival does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund, credit, or rescheduling.
If a customer does not attend their scheduled session and has not received prior written approval for cancellation or rescheduling, the booking will be treated as a no-show.
No-shows are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Puppy Yoga Lounge reserves the right to cancel, postpone, modify, relocate, shorten, or otherwise change a session when reasonably necessary, including due to:
Where Puppy Yoga Lounge cancels or materially changes a session, the Company may provide an applicable refund, credit, rescheduling option, or other remedy, subject to the circumstances and applicable law.
Puppy Yoga Lounge does not guarantee the participation of any specific puppy, breed, number of puppies, age of puppies, or individual animal.
Puppies may be substituted, removed, or have their participation reduced at any time due to health, welfare, temperament, scheduling, veterinary recommendations, transportation, availability, or other legitimate operational considerations.
A change in puppy participation does not automatically constitute grounds for a refund where the Services can reasonably continue.
Differences in puppy behavior, puppy interaction, class experience, participant preferences, attendance levels, or individual expectations do not automatically entitle a customer to a refund.
Puppy Yoga Lounge will make reasonable efforts to provide the experience described at the time of booking, but live-animal behavior and individual participation cannot be guaranteed.
Nothing in this section is intended to remove, restrict, or limit any consumer cancellation right, refund right, statutory protection, or other remedy that cannot legally be excluded or waived under applicable law.
Private events include, without limitation:
Private events may involve customized staffing, puppy scheduling, instructors, transportation, preparation, setup, cleanup, equipment, venue arrangements, and the reservation of substantial calendar time.
A private event is not considered confirmed or reserved until the required deposit has been successfully received by Puppy Yoga Lounge.
The deposit is required to secure the agreed date and time and to allow Puppy Yoga Lounge to remove that period from its availability and commit resources to the event.
Once the deposit has been received, Puppy Yoga Lounge may decline other inquiries, bookings, or events for the same date and time.
All private-event deposits are non-refundable, except where a refund unless expressed in writing by Puppy Yoga Lounge.
If a client cancels a private event after paying the deposit, the deposit will be retained because the reserved date and time were removed from the Company’s availability and resources were committed to the event.
A client’s inability to attend, change of plans, reduced guest count, failure to obtain sufficient attendance, change in venue circumstances, or other client-side circumstances does not automatically create a right to a refund of the deposit.
Payment of a deposit secures the agreed event booking; it does not provide the client with an unlimited right to change the event date, time, guest count, package, services, venue, or other material terms.
Any material change requires approval from Puppy Yoga Lounge and is subject to availability and applicable pricing.
Unless otherwise stated in the written event confirmation, the remaining balance must be paid no later than 24 hours before the scheduled event.
Puppy Yoga Lounge reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to decline to proceed with a private event where the required balance has not been received by the applicable payment deadline.
Failure to make the required payment does not automatically entitle the client to a refund of the deposit.
Any alternative payment arrangement must be approved by Puppy Yoga Lounge in writing.
Cancellation of a private event by the client does not entitle the client to a refund of the deposit or other payments made.
Requests to reschedule a private event may be considered but are not guaranteed.
Any approved rescheduling is subject to:
Approval of one rescheduling request does not create a right to additional rescheduling requests.
Unless Puppy Yoga Lounge agrees otherwise in writing, a rescheduled event remains subject to the original deposit and cancellation terms.
Changes requested by the client after confirmation may result in additional charges.
Examples include, without limitation:
Puppy Yoga Lounge is not required to accommodate a requested change if doing so would create a safety, scheduling, capacity, animal-welfare, staffing, or operational issue.
For every private event, Puppy Yoga Lounge retains the authority to modify, reduce, suspend, substitute, or discontinue puppy participation when reasonably necessary for the health, safety, welfare, or appropriate treatment of the puppies.
No client, guest, organizer, venue, or third party may require Puppy Yoga Lounge staff to continue an interaction that staff reasonably determine should stop.
Puppy Yoga Lounge may cancel, postpone, relocate, modify, or otherwise alter a private event when reasonably necessary due to circumstances including puppy illness or welfare concerns, veterinary recommendations, severe weather, facility problems, staffing emergencies, transportation issues, government restrictions, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond the Company’s reasonable control.
Where such cancellation or material modification occurs, Puppy Yoga Lounge will determine the appropriate available remedy, such as rescheduling, credit, refund, or another reasonable arrangement, subject to the circumstances and applicable law.
Unless expressly guaranteed in a written event agreement, Puppy Yoga Lounge does not guarantee:
Marketing descriptions of puppies are subject to change based on health, welfare, availability, scheduling, and other legitimate considerations.
Private-event pricing is based on the guest count, package, services, duration, venue, and other details agreed upon at the time of booking.
The guest count identified in the written booking confirmation is the basis for the quoted event price.
Additional guests may only attend if permitted by Puppy Yoga Lounge and if sufficient capacity, staffing, puppy availability, and other operational requirements allow.
Additional guests may be subject to an additional per-person charge or other applicable fee.
Payment for additional guests does not guarantee admission if the resulting attendance would exceed the permitted capacity or create a safety, animal-welfare, staffing, or operational concern.
A reduction in the number of guests attending does not automatically reduce the agreed private-event price.
Private-event pricing is based on reserving the event date, time, space, staffing, puppy resources, and agreed package—not solely on the number of guests who ultimately attend.
Accordingly, if a client books a private-event package for a specified number of guests and fewer guests ultimately attend, the client remains responsible for the agreed package price unless Puppy Yoga Lounge expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
The maximum number of participants and guests is determined by Puppy Yoga Lounge based on the size and configuration of the space, applicable safety requirements, staffing, puppy welfare, and the specific event format.
Clients may not exceed the confirmed maximum capacity.
Puppy Yoga Lounge may refuse admission to additional guests where allowing additional attendance would exceed capacity or create a safety, animal-welfare, staffing, or operational concern.
Puppy Yoga Lounge may require the client to provide a final estimated guest count before the event.
The final guest count may be used to determine staffing, puppy requirements, room setup, equipment, seating, and other operational arrangements.
Providing a final guest count does not create an automatic right to reduce the contracted event price.
The client or designated event organizer is responsible for communicating applicable Puppy Yoga Lounge rules and requirements to their guests.
The organizer must take reasonable steps to ensure that guests follow staff instructions, respect the puppies, comply with capacity restrictions, and follow all applicable safety and conduct requirements.
The organizer remains responsible for their guests’ conduct to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Where minors attend a private event, the client and/or parent or legal guardian is responsible for ensuring that applicable age, supervision, consent, and safety requirements are followed.
Puppy Yoga Lounge may require additional adult supervision or impose additional restrictions where reasonably necessary for the safety and welfare of minors, other participants, staff, or puppies.
Requests to increase the guest count, extend the event duration, add services, change the room setup, or otherwise materially modify the event on the event date are subject to availability and Puppy Yoga Lounge approval.
Additional charges may apply.
Puppy Yoga Lounge is not required to accommodate last-minute changes that cannot reasonably be implemented without affecting safety, staffing, puppy welfare, other bookings, or the operation of the business.
Private events must begin and end at the times specified in the written booking confirmation.
The client and guests must vacate the applicable event area at the scheduled end time unless an extension has been expressly approved by Puppy Yoga Lounge.
Any approved extension may be subject to additional fees.
Remaining on the premises after the scheduled end time does not constitute permission to extend the booking.
The number of guests does not guarantee an equal amount of puppy interaction for each participant.
Puppies may naturally gravitate toward certain people, areas, toys, or activities, and their behavior may change throughout the event.
Puppy Yoga Lounge does not guarantee equal holding time, equal interaction time, or a particular number of interactions for each guest.
Puppy Yoga Lounge may limit, modify, pause, or stop an activity, guest interaction, or portion of a private event whenever staff reasonably determine that doing so is necessary to protect a participant, puppy, staff member, venue, or the proper operation of the event.
The Company’s safety and animal-welfare decisions are final for purposes of operating the event, subject to applicable law.
Changes in attendance, including guests arriving late, leaving early, failing to attend, or attending in smaller numbers than originally expected, do not automatically entitle the client to a refund, credit, price reduction, or partial reimbursement.
The private-event booking reserves the agreed event period, space, resources, and services regardless of the final attendance.
