What happens if a puppy falls asleep during class?
We let them sleep. No exceptions. Puppies are essentially toddlers; they play hard, burn a ton of energy, and can sleep up to 20 hours a day. If a pup decides your yoga mat is the perfect spot for a mid-class crash, we ask that you just let them snooze right there. We never force them to interact, wake them up for photos, or disrupt their natural downtime.
Can I pick up and hold the puppies during the yoga flow?
We want you to cuddle them, but we have a firm "keep it on the floor" rule for safety. Puppies are squirmy, and if someone loses their balance during a yoga pose while holding a pup, it’s a recipe for a dropped baby. We ask everyone to stay seated or low to the ground when holding a puppy. Let them climb into your lap, crawl under your downward dog, or snuggle up next to you at their own pace
How many classes do the puppies do in a day?
We never run back-to-back classes with the same litter. Puppies get exhausted quickly, so we enforce mandatory, extended rest periods between sessions so they can eat, hydrate, and sleep without interruption. A litter only participates in a heavily limited amount of interaction per day to guarantee that coming to the studio remains a fun, positive highlight for them, not a job.
Can I adopt one of the puppies if I fall in love?
It depends on the session! When we partner with local rescues, the goal is absolutely to help those sweet pups find their forever homes, and we will happily walk you through their official adoption process. If the litter is visiting from one of our ethical hobby breeder partners, they may already have waiting lists or be spoken for, but we always provide the breeder's direct contact info so you can learn about their upcoming litters.
